He is currently President of Stoneware Ltd., through which he held the position of Executive Director of the Fund for International Scientific Interchange (1992--1998), which offered scholarships in telecommunications to workers in that field. He consults in telecommunications, radio science, observables control, and other areas. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, a Fellow of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, and was awarded the IEEE Third Millennium Medal. He is the author of more than 90 journal papers and symposium presentations, over 150 other publications, and 6 books. See less
