Virgil Nemoianu is the William J. Byron Distinguished Professor of Literature and Ordinary Professor of Philosophy at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and has taught at the Universities of Bucharest, California, London, Cambridge, Cincinnati, and Amsterdam.
