Victoria Glass

Victoria Glass is a London-based food writer and recipe developer. She has made cakes for, among others, The Prince ' s Trust and The Royal British Legion, and was the Roald Dahl Museum's first ever Gastronomic Writer in Residence. She has written six cookbooks, including Deliciously Vintage Baking & Desserts, Baking Mash-up, and Boozy Shakes for Ryland Peters & Small.
