Umberto Saba was born in the town of Alghero, Italy, in 1940. Having studied in depth an unusual number of subjects over the years, he has acquired a vast educational background. But, as he grew, he saw with great concern how history was about to repeat itself in the nations of the West. He noticed that after times of affluence, the people invariably turn away from God, embrace all kinds of sin and refuse to repent. Judgement then invariably follows, and the West is about to enter a period of tribulation comparable to the ages that followed the fall of the Roman Empire. Hence, realising that no education could touch a single heart, he dedicated his life to the study of the Word of God and to prayer. The fruit of it was a life of intercession with a sense of deep urgency for a world that is about to fall apart. As dark clouds build on our skies, he committed his life to raising a worldwide army of intercessors to save what can be saved. He has been serving in the Church for over fifty years and currently resides in Australia with his wife and three children. See less
