Travis was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mongolia from 2008-2011 working in the eastern steppe of Mongolia to help doctors, nurses and residents improve the overall health of the community. He was a Peace Corps Fellow at SIT Graduate Institute, where he received his Masters in Leadership & Management, and he is the former Chair of the School of Leadership & Management at Marlboro Graduate School.
