Tony Noreiga grew up in Trinidad and the Tobago West Indies and moved to Brooklyn, New York, at age twelve. He served four years in the U.S. Navy before graduating from Iowa Podiatric Medical School and has been a practicing foot surgeon for twenty years in Texas.
