Tom McNally has been taking pictures for as long as he can remember. One of his earliest memories is being totally captivated by the process of making photographs, watching his dad work black and white magic under the spell of red light in the darkroom. After graduating in photography and specialising in social documentary, his work now fuses these practices with his love of adventure sports. Tom enjoys telling stories with pictures, working with athletes, brands and publications to produce engaging and authentic imagery. Some of his most enjoyable assignments document amazing experiences in remote places, but the landscape and people of where he lives, in the English Lake District, provide constant inspiration and subject matter. Tom's photographs have been widely published, from cover shots for The Times, to articles in industry leading publications such as Sidetracked Magazine.
