DR. D. TODD WYLIE graduated in 1982 from Pacific University School of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. DR. D. TODD WYLIE graduated in 1982 from Pacific University School of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. He is a charter member of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, a fellow in the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and is board certified in Vision Development and Visual Therapy. Ever since Dr. Wylie experienced a vision-related learning disability in undergraduate school, he has been fascinated with aspects of the visual system that go way beyond "20/20 eyesight and normal eye health."
