Todd E. Mlsna is a full professor in the Department of Chemistry at Mississippi State University, United States. Todd E. Mlsna is a full professor in the Department of Chemistry at Mississippi State University, United States. From 1994 to 1998, he worked at the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL), Washington, DC, on the development of miniature analytical instrumentation. His work has been presented in many scientific conferences, and he has published 125 journal papers and book chapters.
