Marrelli is the editor and publisher of Home Care Nurse News. Ms. Marrelli received a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Duke University School of Nursing and has directed various home care and hospice programs. In 1984 she received a Master of Arts in Management and Supervision, Health Care Administration and 1996 received her a Master in Nursing. She is Certified by the American Nurses Association credentialing center as a home health nurse.
