Tiffany James is the founder of PHIT for LIFE with Purpose, a Physical Education teacher, former youth director at her church for 14 years, motivational speaker, Minister of the Gospel, musician, and a servant for the Kingdom of God. She lives with her husband, two children and her dog. Years before writing this book, she was unhappy with her current job. She went back to school and received a Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion and Wellness from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. It helped her become a Physical Education teacher. Teaching has allowed her to be a coach, encourage students mentally and physically, implement fitness clubs, host walk and run events, organize motivational seminars with Chuck Mammay (an American Ninja Warrior), and host workshops with great influential leaders. Throughout the years, organizing events has ignited a passion in her to help people become healthy and free God's way. Her goal is to motivate everyone she comes in contact with to be the best version of what God has called them to be through Christ Jesus.
