Thomas Orr

Orr was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He entered the broadcast industry in 1963 as an announcer and news director. Positions in radio journalism relocated Tom to Pennsylvania, St. Louis, Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. He also served as a columnist and human interest writer for an Alabama newspaper and a booth announcer and promotions assistant for a Florida TV station. Creative writing has always been a hobby with him. He wrote and published two songs with a family member. See less
