When she's not writing, Tess enjoys sitting on the veranda overlooking the lake, sipping a diet coke, and chatting to her loyal pups about her next literary escapade. Her heart has always been full, thanks in no small part to her loyal companions: Jax, Sophie, and the unforgettable Roscoe. Each of these wonderful pups has brought unique joy and warmth into her life, shaping her into the dedicated animal lover and storyteller she is today. Roscoe, a spirited black Labrador, was a beloved member of Tess's family until his passing in 2022.
