Susana Hernandez Araico

Susana Hernandez Araico received her Ph.D. from UCLA. She is professor of Spanish and Latin American literature at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and the author of "ironia y tragedoa en Calderon. Her numerous essays on Hispanic Theater--with particular emphasis on Calderon, Sor Juana, and the Peruvian Lorenzo de las Llamosas--have appeared in North and South American as well as European journals.
