Susan Legouix

Legouix took an M.A. in the History of European Art at the Courtauld Institute, University of London, and a Ph.D at the University of Bristol. For two years she was Keeper of Fine Arts at the Maidstone Museum and Art Gallery, where she compiled the Catalogue of Foreign Paintings (1976). For a further ten years she was Keeper of Collections at the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath. She has contributed articles to The Burlington Magazine, Connoisseur, British Art Journal and Gainsborough's House Revie
