Stephanie Calmenson

Stephanie Calmenson is the author of over 100 books for children, which have been called "marvelous" ( Publishers Weekly ), "lyrical" and "hilarious" ( School Library Journal ), and "sweet, funny, and right on the mark" ( Booklist ). Before turning to writing, Stephanie was an early childhood teacher, a children's book editor, and Editorial Director of the Parents Magazine Press Read-Aloud Book Club. She lives in New York with her husband, Mark, and their dachshund, Harry.
