Stacy Vaka began crocheting when she was 12 years old, and in 2007 she started the website Crochet Kitten as a way to share about two of her favorite things: crocheting and cats. At the time she was the mother to two cats and a Lhasa Apso, but her family has grown since then, and she now homeschools two free-spirited, creative daughters.
