Dr. Srikumar Chattopadhyay retired from CESS as Scientist G and Head, Resources Analysis Division. Dr. Srikumar Chattopadhyay retired from CESS as Scientist G and Head, Resources Analysis Division. He was a Post-Doctoral Fulbright Fellow in the Environment and Policy Institute, East West Centre, Hawaii, USA.
