Sora Y. Han was born in Oakland, California and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is the author of Mu, 49 Marks of Abolition (Duke University Press, 2024); Letters of the Law: The Fantasy of Colorblindness in American Law (Stanford University Press, 2015); and co-author of Comparative Equality and Anti-Discrimination Law, 3rd Edition (Edward Elgar Publishing, 2020).
