Born in Texas but somehow having gotten out without the accent, Sonya Lano currently lives in Prague, Czech Republic with two cats and a bunch of dustballs and spiders. Her full-time day job testing software pays the bills while her nights are (mostly) filled working on books. She writes because some characters are clamoring for their stories to be told, and sometimes living in other worlds is so... much... fun...
