Dr. Si Fan (PhD) is a lecturer in Early Childhood Education at the University of Tasmania, Newnham Campus. She completed her PhD at the same university. She has been involved in a number of research projects, and has a broad research interest in Early Childhood Education, web-based learning, teacher education and ESL education.
