Dr. Andrews serves as adjunct professor at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management, and teaches courses on Organizational Behavior and Diversity in Organizations. Her specific areas of focus include Organizational Leadership, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. With over two decades of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Dr. Andrews has helped thousands of leaders improve and develop using presentations, workshops, coaching, and psychological instruments. She is a certified practitioner for EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 Model, Insights Discovery Colors, and Blanchard's Situational Leadership.
