Scott a Winkler

In addition to being an author, Scott Winkler is a husband and father, a teacher and scholar, and a concerned citizen of a nation yet to achieve its potential. He is a graduate of St. Norbert College, and he earned both his MA and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
