Scott B Lancaster

Lancaster is the Senior Director of NFL Youth Football Development for the past seven years. Scott is also the creator of Fair Play. A former coach for women's amateur soccer, he developed City Block Soccer, an inner-city player development program. Lancaster was the marketing director for the launch of Outside Kids Magazine. A graduate of Syracuse University, he is the father of three sons.
