Sasha West's first book, Failure and I Bury the Body , won the National Poetry Series, a Texas Institute of Letters award, and a Fellowship from the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference. Recent poems have appeared in American Poetry Review , Ecotone , Georgia Review , and The Long Devotion: Poets Writing Motherhood .
