Steve Whiddett, BSc (Hons), MSc, C.Psychol., is a chartered occupational psychologist and partner at Pearn Kandola, Oxford. Prior to joining Pearn Kandola in 1991 he was a senior consultant with one of the world's leading test publishers where he was responsible for development, training and consultancy in job analysis techniques.
