Meir Russ is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (UWGB) and a Research Fellow at Stellenbosch University, South Africa. He graduated with a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University, holds an MBA and a B.Sc.E.E diploma from Tel Aviv University, and is a Senior Life Member of IEEE. He has authored over fifty peer-reviewed publications and edited several special issues of journals and books.
