Rosie Maloney is a graduate of Idaho State University, where she earned an associate's degree in criminal justice and a bachelor's degree in sociology. Rosie Maloney is a graduate of Idaho State University, where she earned an associate's degree in criminal justice and a bachelor's degree in sociology.
