Olexa has been actively involved in the design, deployment, and operation of wireless communications systems for over 30 years. In the late 1990s he shifted from wireless voice networks to the emerging wireless data industry. He was responsible for system designs of point-to-point and point-to-multipoint data networks using millimeter microwave spectrum.
