He's been a reporter, broadcaster, author, teacher and hockey executive in his career. He wrote THE GOAL OF MY LIFE, the biography of hockey legend Paul Henderson, and two other books. A sports radio talk show host on Sportsnet 590 The Fan, Roger covered more than 250 major sporting events. He's also been an executive for the CHL, and was a Vice President in the OHL and AHL. One of the Official Scorers of the Toronto Blue Jays, he operates Triumph Sports Communications. LOOK FOR GOOD! CHRIS DE PIERO has been an educator for 27 years. He was Director of Athletics at St. Michael's College School and classroom teacher. Chris played professional hockey in Italy before coaching St. Michael's to back-to-back Ontario titles. He was Head Coach and General Manager with the Oshawa Generals from 2006-12, and an Amateur Scout for the Pittsburgh Penguins from 2012-16. After being an Assistant Coach with Hockey Club Lugano in Switzerland, he is back at St. Michael's in an adminstrative role. BE OUTSTANDING! JIM ROONEY is a fixture in Guelph sports. He was co-owner, president and governor of the OHL's Guelph Storm from 1991-2006, and Chairman of the OHL Board of Governors from 1995-2001. His Guelph teams won two OHL titles and participated in four Memorial Cups. He was owner of the Guelph Royals of the Intercounty Baseball League and IBL Commissioner from 2001-2009. Jim was principal at Bishop Macdonell and Our Lady of Lourdes high schools, co-chair of the Ontario Winter Games (2002-03), and Educational Consultant for Team Canada's U-18 gold medalists in Russia in 2003.
