Robert Heussler, a Visiting Fellow at Nuffield College, Oxford, during 1962, has taught political science at the University of Vermont, Princeton University, and the Maxwell Graduate School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, where he was executive director of the Africa-Asia Public Service Fellowship Program.
