Robert H Fuller

Fuller is a newspaper man by trade. Fuller was a graduate of Harvard University. He began his journalism career on the Worcester Spy in 1888 and continued to work as an editor and political reporter in upstate New York before joining the New York Herald in 1895. Fuller became Secretary to the Governor and held this position for three years.
