Many years ago Robert Eaton earned a master's degree in nonfiction writing from the University of Iowa and a law degree from the University of New Mexico. He worked for more than thirty years as an attorney for the United States Department of the Interior in Santa Fe, New Mexico; Lakewood, Colorado; and Washington, DC.
