Ricki Ginsberg is an associate professor of English education at Colorado State University. She teaches courses in reading and writing pedagogies, teaching and research methods, and young adult literature. She was the 2020 president of the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents of the National Council of Teachers of English (ALAN), directs the Black, Indigenous, and Teachers of Color (BIToC) Collective at Colorado State University, is a faculty affiliate for the Race and Intersectional Studies for Educational Equity (RISE) Center, and is a former editor of The ALAN Review . Her first book, coedited with Wendy J. Glenn, is Engaging with Multicultural YA Literature in the Secondary Classroom: Critical Approaches for Critical Educators (2019).
