Richard Norway
Richard Norway was born in Northern Minnesota in 1944, but he was raised in Southern California. He studied Architecture at the University of Arizona in Tucson for three years before graduation from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor of science degree in Civil engineering. His engineering career did not afford him a creative outlet, and he took up writing in 1993.
