Richard G. Greenhill is Assistant Program Director, Graduate Certificates, and Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Department of Healthcare Management and Leadership, School of Health Professions. Dr. Greenhill teaches courses in quality and risk, leadership, health informatics and data analytics, strategy, decision sciences, and global health. He also teaches Six Sigma Green Belt and Project Management certification prep courses at the Texas Tech University in the Rawls College of Business Administration for Professional and STEM MBA Programs.He brings more than 27 years of experience in prior roles including executive leadership in healthcare operations, strategy, quality and project management. Greenhill honorably retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service. Military roles included leadership in laboratory medicine (clinical and anatomical pathology), radiology and ancillary services. His service contributions include Deputy Editor, International Journal for Quality in Healthcare, Communications; Board Member, College for Behavioral Health Leadership; Editorial Board Member, Journal for Health Administration Education, and Chair, Education Working Group - Texas Health Informatics Alliance.Dr. Greenhill is a seasoned Lean Six Sigma practitioner and TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer.
