Ricardo Lillo Lobos is a Chilean lawyer who obtained his LL.B. from Universidad Diego Portales (Chile), and his LL.M. in Public Interest Law and Policy and S.J.D from UCLA, where he also served as a Hoffenberg Research Fellow and as a fellow at UCLA's Transnational Program on Criminal Justice.
