Rex Conner has developed expertise in leading people and organizations to achieve predictable positive results by applying natural laws. His professional work has taken him inside more than fifty companies in more than two dozen industries. His background comes through three distinctly different careers with the common element of applying human performance tools and systems as an instructor pilot in the US Air Force, a trainer and advisor in the financial services world, and as a consultant and entrepreneur in the field of human performance. In numerous keynote speeches, articles, and interviews, people have enjoyed "Train-a-saurus Rex's" new perspectives on timeless principles that exponentially enhance success in human performance. Rex is a cofounder of the nonprofit Crossroads Decisions Foundation. He is also the cofounder and lead partner of Mager Consortium, which is entrusted to publish and teach all of the world-renowned human performance and training tools and systems developed by Dr. Robert Mager. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree, two master's degrees, and a doctorate degree. However, his credentials to write this book come more from his awareness of how natural laws govern life and from his sincere desire for you to align with those natural laws as you find what you judge to be the richness that life has to offer you. Rex is the author of the book What if Common Sense Was Common Practice in Business? He lives in Southern Utah with his wife, Lisa. They work hard, play hard, and spend rich time with their children and grandchildren. See less
