Rapkar Wangchuk
Wangchuk is a Tibetan, born in exile in India. He was a monk for 20 years and learned the monastic tradition of painting and sculpture from the great Tibetan masters who fled to India. He currently teaches at the Tibetan Cultural Center, the TIPA, in Dharmsala, Himachal Pradesh.
