Rachel Donovan

Rachel Donovan was born and raised in Chicago and the south suburbs of Chicago, attended school at Bloom Township High School, and received her GED in 1976. She has been a mortgage loan officer since 1989 and is currently enrolled in Central New Mexico Community College, pursuing her degree in communication and emergency services. Rachel Donovan was born and raised in Chicago and the south suburbs of Chicago, attended school at Bloom Township High School, and received her GED in 1976. She has been a mortgage loan officer since 1989 and is currently enrolled in Central New Mexico Community College, pursuing her degree in communication and emergency services. She is an ordained Chaplain with both International Fellowship of Chaplains and the Albuquerque Regional Chaplain Corps. She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Her volunteer work has included many organizations, a men's homeless shelter, a domestic violence shelter, juvenile detention centers, and women's prison facilities, along with local veteran and active duty military and first responders groups. Rachel has held positions on the board for the Rio Grande Valley Chapter of the Blue Star Mothers of America, and is currently the President of the New Mexico East Mountain Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Edgewood, New Mexico. See less
