Rachel Bayefsky

Rachel Bayefsky is Associate Professor of Law at the University of Virginia School of Law. Prior to joining the faculty, she clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court, and for federal appellate and trial courts.
