R Venkata Rao

Dr. R. Venkata Rao has been a Professor and Head in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, S.V. National Institute of Technology, India since November 2006. He gained his B.Tech in 1988, his M.Tech in 1991 and his Ph.D. in 2002. Dr. R. Venkata Rao has been a Professor and Head in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, S.V. National Institute of Technology, India since November 2006. He has authored three books: Fundamentals of Machining and Machine Tools, 1997; Metal Cutting and Machine Tools,1998; and Design and Manufacturing, 1998.
