Ruth Wodak is an internationally renowned and widely published expert in sociolinguistics and discourse studies. She was awarded honorary doctorates by the University of Örebro in 2010 and by Warwick University in 2020. She is co-editor of the journals Discourse and Society , Critical Discourse Studies , and Language and Politics .
