Dimitry Kochenov is Martin and Kathleen Crane Fellow in Law and Public Affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University, New Jersey, Professor of EU Constitutional Law, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, The Netherlands, and Visiting Professor at the College of Europe, Natolin.
