Phyllis Spence

While at the university she became interested in oral histories and this eventually led to her collaboration in the bestseller, "Blackouts to Bright Lights: Canadian War Bride Stories." Spence works in a hospital staffing department and in an evening program for seniors in Victoria, BC.
