Philip Laundy

Philip Laundy is Clerk Assistant to the House of Commons of Canada. From 1965 to 1981 he was Director pf the research Branch of the Canadian Library of Parliament. Previously, he was Parliamentary Librarian of the Legislative Assembly of Southern Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe. A professional librarian and fellow of the Library Association, he received his education in England and has since devoted himself to parliamentary studies.
