Philip Frankel

Philip Frankel is Director of the Agency for Social Reconstruction, and a mining consultant. He was formerly head of the Department of Political Studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. An author of several books, his most recent work is Between the Rainbows and the Rain: Marikana, Mining, Migration and the Crisis of Modern South Africa (2012).
