PHIL HENDERSON & SHELLY HENDERSON, first met while studying at Appalachian State University and founded their business, Henderson Properties, in 1990. What once began as a small home office has grown into a full-time effort with 60 employees and management over 130 community associations and 750 rental properties. Phil is a licensed real estate broker in both North and South Carolina and is Henderson Properties' current president. The Hendersons live in Charlotte, NC.
