Phil Dixon holds ATP, Flight Engineer, and Flight Instructor Certificates with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings. He has served as an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner and as an Aviation Safety Counselor. A former Navy carrier pilot, he holds an ATP and Flight Instructor Certificates with Single, Multi-Engine, and Instrument ratings. Mr. Harris was a part-time flight instructor in Danbury, Connecticut, and White Plains, New York, for many years.
