A proven author, Dr. Dowling also co-wrote STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT: COMPETITIVENESS AND GLOBALISATION, 3e (Pacific Rim), HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN AUSTRALIA, 2e, and PEOPLE IN ORGANIZATIONS: AN INTRODUCTION TO ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR IN AUSTRALIA. In addition, he has written or co-authored more than 70 journal articles and book chapters, and serves on the editorial boards of INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, JOURNAL OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS STUDIES, JOURNAL OF WORLD BUSINESS, MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL REVIEW, JOURNAL OF INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT, JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATION, ZFP-GERMAN JOURNAL OF HUMAN RESOURCE RESEARCH, MANAGEMENT REVIEW, ASIA PACIFIC JOURNAL OF HUMAN RESOURCES, and THUNDERBIRD INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS REVIEW.
